Snug Haven Farm is just that—a farm nestled in a snug valley in southwestern Dane County. Our specialty is spinach grown in hoophouses over the winter. It’s incredibly sweet due to the freezing/thawing process (we do not heat). During the winter, we sell spinach shares to families around Madison and market to Madison and Chicago restaurants. Wholesome Harvest is a produce farm located near Lake Mills. Our farm will be certified organic in the spring of 2008. We run a very nice CSA.
