Join REAP Food Group this summer in a burger recipe contest that raises funds to support our mission to make good food, grown well, accessible to all. Compete with other local food lovers to create a unique burger recipe and beer pairing. Recipes will be judged on taste, appearance, craveability, creativity and utilization of locally grown and produced ingredients.
The contest entry fee is $15 with a grand prize of $1000 among other great local prizes. Burger recipes will also have a chance to be featured on the menu at REAP’s Burgers & Brew Pop Up Event on August 28th.
Submit recipes starting July 1st through August 8th by clicking the Recipe Showdown image below. Winners will be announced on August 15th. Submissions must include a written recipe as well as a photo or short video of the completed burger and beer pairing. All participants are expected to list local sources used for their recipe.

REAP’s Burgers & Brew Drive-Thru

Join us at REAP’s Burgers & Brew Drive-Thru! This event will be held on Saturday, August 28th at Capital Brewery in Middleton, WI, and will feature a locally sourced pop-up menu of burgers, sides, and beverage pairings selected and made by Dane County’s favorite chefs and brewers. The full menu will be released on August 18th.
